Wakanini Place Māpua

For this Māpua build, we worked alongside BLAC Design & Build to landscape their architectural build. Custom stonework and a matching custom letterbox tie the entryway together, while layered native planting softens the lines of the house and complements its coastal setting. Hydroseeded lawns and a full irrigation garden system keep the grounds low-maintenance and healthy year-round, and espaliered fruit trees along the side of the house add a productive, tidy feature that makes the most of a narrow space.
