A functional family haven tailored for modern living. We loved transforming this Māpua project into a beautifully balanced outdoor space. The focus here was entirely on smart, highly usable design, creating a low maintenance environment that works perfectly for the family and provides plenty of lawn areas for the dog and kids to run around.

Privacy and structure are defined by a showstopping timber batten fence and matching gate, providing security without closing the space in. We laid paving to create smooth, durable walkways alongside feature driveway planting that delivers immediate street appeal. We established a lush, even lawn area using hydroseed, backed by a fully automated irrigation system to keep it healthy and vibrant through the warmer months. To make the most of the layout, we integrated space saving espalier fruit trees against the boundaries, paired with hardy low maintenance native planting that looks exceptional year round with minimal upkeep.
